Cambridgeshire fossil hunter Jamie Jordan has made a mammoth discovery – finding a giant 450,000 year old tusk in a quarry.
The 4ft long tusk belonged to a steppe mammoth, which roamed the fens during the last ice age.
The incredible find has now been taken to Jamie’s Fossils Galore centre in March for preservation and research work to be carried out.
