SGS, Spalding – A Choir is not just for Christmas
A Choir is not just for Christmas!
In this lecture, we’ll explore how community singing can enrich our lives all year round. We’ll discuss the transformative power of music in building lasting connections and enhancing mental, emotional and social well-being, proving that a choir’s impact goes far beyond the festive season. There will be live audio with choir demonstrations.
The speaker, Zeph Churchill, is an Alumni of Trinity Lanban Conservatoire of Music, where she studied Community Music Making. She is the Musical Director and Founder of the Spalding Community Choir, where she combines her expertise as a Nurse Lecturer and Cultural Facilitator with her passion for music. Zeph is dedicated to promoting mental, physical, and emotional well-being and building community through music.
There is a £5 entrance charge for everyone, payable at the door.
