This lecture will be held in Louth Methodist Church, Nichol Hill.

Jane was the chair of the ‘Bring Him Home’ campaign.

Beginning with an explanation of who Matthew Flinders was and what he achieved, the talk will focus on the background to the campaign which followed the discovery of his body in a churchyard revealed by the HS2 tunnelling behind Euston station.  This was called the Matthew Flinders – Bring Him Home Project and it was a success despite opposing factions.
